•Etre responsable de l’organisation de l’équipe Offre et de l’atteinte de l’objectif de remise dans le mandat donné pour cette offre.
•Animer une équipe transverse pour délivrer la proposition et assurer la cohérence avec les enjeux et la stratégie de l’entreprise.
•Garantir le respect des engagements de la proposition et la cohérence avec les besoins du client et les objectifs de l’entreprise.
•Elaborer et valider l’offre en gérant les risques et opportunités et en s’appuyant sur les exigences du client et la stratégie interne.
•Conduire la négociation de l’offre avec le client et assurer la transition de l’offre vers le projet.

Key Requirements

•Experience of 3 to 5 years in bid/offer and/or project management in public and/or private sectors (civil and/or military)
•Good level of English
•Strong transversal management capabilities
•Good knowledge of strategy, markets, competitors, customers, their needs and decision processes
•Strong negotiation abilities and ability to mobilize and gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
