Job Summary

Join Motorola Solutions as a Technical Training Consultant responsible for understanding NA customer training requirements and driving training delivery across System Integration and Non-SI engagements. You will develop training strategies, create proposals, quote services, and collaborate with field teams to integrate training into solution sales. Lead post-sale training implementation as SME to ensure customers can operate MSI solutions and achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide comprehensive training consultation services and custom proposal generation, including needs analysis, administration, planning, and execution of training strategies and events
•Quote training services to align with RFP/RFI requests, MSI strategy, and customer needs within assigned territories
•Collaborate with NA Account Executives, Pre-Sales, Systems Integration, Service Delivery, and Lifecycle & Upgrade teams to ensure training is included in overall solution and product sales
•Manage post-sale scheduling and implementation of customer training, ensuring flawless execution and readiness
•Engage as a training SME on strategic projects and identify the performance and competencies required to achieve business goals

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Military background, Associates or Bachelors in Technical field
•2+ years of technical professional experience
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of Applications

•Knowledge of Systems Integration, project management experience, and a deeply customer-focused mindset
