Senior Billing Specialist - Chargebacks

Own the end-to-end chargeback and payment dispute lifecycle for Card and ACH payments, from intake and investigation through evidence gathering, issuer response tracking, and final disposition. Manage dispute timelines within network and banking deadlines, analyze drivers and payment-failure trends, and mitigate financial loss while improving customer experience. Strengthen billing and payments controls by identifying process gaps, building SOPs/playbooks, and producing reporting to support accurate month-end close.
