Vans: Supervisor - Smith Haven Mall

Lead day-to-day operations at the Vans store by supporting the store leadership team and driving an exceptional customer experience. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help achieve sales and profitability goals by monitoring KPI progress. Oversee opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation, while supporting stockroom operations, inventory integrity, visual merchandising standards, and community engagement. Uphold policies, safety standards, and store procedures.
