•Lead multi-disciplinary project teams developing solutions for key dam and water-infrastructure clients.
•Manage technical delivery across all phases of project development and delivery, including project lifecycle execution.
•Serve as lead engineer on mid- to large-size projects, approving and signing off on work products and deliverables.
•Manage and supervise staff by developing and monitoring work assignments and reviewing work developed by others.
•Support business development by preparing technical proposals, engineering budgets, and schedules for large projects.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 145,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Civil Engineering (or related) plus 8 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•California Professional Civil Engineer (PE) License, or equivalent from another State with California registration in process and ability to complete within 6 months.
•15 years of relevant experience across the full range of dam projects, including planning through construction and project management.
•Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
•Business development and preparation of engineering services proposals, including cost estimates and schedules.
