Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multi-disciplinary project teams developing solutions for key dam and water-infrastructure clients.
  • •Manage technical delivery across all phases of project development and delivery, including project lifecycle execution.
  • •Serve as lead engineer on mid- to large-size projects, approving and signing off on work products and deliverables.
  • •Manage and supervise staff by developing and monitoring work assignments and reviewing work developed by others.
  • •Support business development by preparing technical proposals, engineering budgets, and schedules for large projects.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Civil Engineering (or related) plus 8 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •California Professional Civil Engineer (PE) License, or equivalent from another State with California registration in process and ability to complete within 6 months.
  • •15 years of relevant experience across the full range of dam projects, including planning through construction and project management.
  • •Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • •Business development and preparation of engineering services proposals, including cost estimates and schedules.
