Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a working command of GTM business processes and update systems architecture maps and process flow diagrams as a single source of truth.
  • •Act as primary GTM Systems partner for a domain (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU), owning keep-the-lights-on improvements and leading alignment/backlog grooming to set a roadmap.
  • •Streamline the renewal process with Sales leadership and Sales Ops, including opportunity stages and page/layout updates.
  • •Make and defend architecture decisions for CRM objects/events and large-scale data resync impacts; guide solution design for AI-driven builds.
  • •Own Salesforce initiatives end-to-end, including SFDC automation (flows, Apex, LWC), user/profile/permission administration, page layouts, fields/objects/record types, and data imports/exports/upserts.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of business analysis or consulting plus 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration/development experience.
  • •A college degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • •Deep understanding of go-to-market business processes and how systems support Marketing/BDR/Sales/CS.
  • •Hands-on Salesforce depth: custom objects/fields, roles/profiles/permission sets/sharing settings, and automation with Flow (preferred) and Process Builder; experience with Data Loader.
  • •Ability to translate ambiguous problems into scoped solutions and defend architecture decisions; experience across discovery to rollout, QA/UAT, deployment, and training in an Agile environment.
