Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the General Manager to ensure day-to-day business operations run efficiently and effectively.
  • •Partner with the General Manager and company leaders to develop site-specific goals and ensure aligned execution.
  • •Optimize network operations through prioritization, work planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Gather business and operations information and prepare periodic reports and presentations to business leaders.
  • •Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports, support succession planning, and assist with candidate selection, orientation, and training.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of actual people leadership experience and 4 years of logistics or supply chain experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in related fields.

  • •Transportation experience, which may include driving a vehicle transporter or tractor trailer, or equivalent Military experience preferred.
  • •Ensure adherence to systems, policies, procedures, performance standards, and regulatory requirements.
