Job Summary

Support the modernization of corporate-card offers and processes by acting as a Business Analyst in Payments. Analyze business requirements, optimize end-to-end processes, and guide implementation across product, operations, and technology teams. Translate requirements into clear specifications for technology teams and partners, collaborate with key stakeholders including compliance and IT, and contribute to test activities, defect management, UAT coordination, and go-live preparation.

Key Responsibilities

•Collect and document business requirements for corporate cards (e.g., issuing, account opening, spending control, transaction processing, service and reporting).
•Support process redesign and functional analysis for product enhancements, platform changes, and operating model optimization.
•Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
•Work closely with product, operations, compliance, and IT stakeholders to support end-to-end delivery.
•Participate in testing, defect management, UAT coordination, and go-live preparation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,400 monthly

Key Requirements

•Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in Payments, Cards, or Transaction Banking environments.
•Strong understanding of corporate or commercial card products and related processes (service, control, settlement, reporting).
•Experience supporting transformation initiatives related to card platforms, customer journeys, or process optimization.
•Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams in complex project settings.
•Analytical skills, strong communication, stakeholder management, and fluent German and English (plus willingness to travel).
