Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and document business requirements for corporate cards (e.g., issuing, account opening, spending control, transaction processing, service and reporting).
  • •Support process redesign and functional analysis for product enhancements, platform changes, and operating model optimization.
  • •Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • •Work closely with product, operations, compliance, and IT stakeholders to support end-to-end delivery.
  • •Participate in testing, defect management, UAT coordination, and go-live preparation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,400 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in Payments, Cards, or Transaction Banking environments.
  • •Strong understanding of corporate or commercial card products and related processes (service, control, settlement, reporting).
  • •Experience supporting transformation initiatives related to card platforms, customer journeys, or process optimization.
  • •Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams in complex project settings.
  • •Analytical skills, strong communication, stakeholder management, and fluent German and English (plus willingness to travel).
