Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and optimize enterprise-wide financial planning cycles (AOP, forecasts, outlooks, LRP) to establish and enhance planning governance, cadence, and cross-functional alignment across regions, functions, and stakeholders.
  • •Drive executive alignment on financial assumptions, targets, and performance expectations.
  • •Lead long-range planning (LRP) process integrating financial outlooks with strategic priorities and capital allocation decisions.
  • •Identify and evaluate business performance, risks, and opportunities impacting growth, margin, and cash flow and translate into actionable insights.
  • •Partner with leadership to define OpEx and CapEx strategies and improve cost transparency and discipline.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 180,000 annually
