Key Responsibilities

•Lead and optimize enterprise-wide financial planning cycles (AOP, forecasts, outlooks, LRP) to establish and enhance planning governance, cadence, and cross-functional alignment across regions, functions, and stakeholders.
•Drive executive alignment on financial assumptions, targets, and performance expectations.
•Lead long-range planning (LRP) process integrating financial outlooks with strategic priorities and capital allocation decisions.
•Identify and evaluate business performance, risks, and opportunities impacting growth, margin, and cash flow and translate into actionable insights.
•Partner with leadership to define OpEx and CapEx strategies and improve cost transparency and discipline.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, Finance, IT or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
