Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with regional delivery leaders, finance teams, and business stakeholders to align the Atlantic Digital & Technology portfolio and roadmap with business priorities.
  • •Lead portfolio planning, budgeting, and investment prioritisation, integrating funding requirements, forecasts, and scenarios into the wider Aluminium plan.
  • •Maintain oversight of portfolio performance (expenditure, forecast, expected and realised value, delivery progress), including risks, dependencies, and future capacity/demand.
  • •Monitor financial and portfolio KPIs, challenge assumptions, assess trade-offs, and recommend adjustments to investments, sequencing, or priorities.
  • •Connect regional execution with central portfolio governance and develop proposals to enable consistent visibility, accountability, and decision-making.
