Job Summary

Build and operate Go services that form the backbone of an AI-assisted software delivery platform. You’ll run Kubernetes-native reliability and observability practices (SLOs, runbooks, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus) and own production incidents. Work with AI tooling as part of the engineering workflow—directing, reviewing, and validating AI-generated code and agents—while designing platform patterns other teams adopt.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and operate Go services on Kubernetes that support agent infrastructure.
•Own reliability for production systems by defining SLOs, writing runbooks, and handling failures.
•Instrument services with structured logging, distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry), and metrics for system and AI workflow behavior.
•Contribute Kubernetes-native patterns such as operators, CRDs, workload isolation, and resource management for dynamic agent workloads.
•Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and use AI tooling to generate, review, and steer code while validating outputs and maintaining ownership of outcomes.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful time at senior level.
•Strong, idiomatic Go with production-shipped, well-tested systems.
•Solid Kubernetes operations experience, including debugging production incidents and understanding when CRDs are not the right solution.
•Hands-on observability experience using OpenTelemetry and Prometheus with strong belief in observable systems.
•Cloud-native background on AWS or GCP (IAM, managed Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code) and ability to own production systems end-to-end.
