Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape the foundational architecture for internal tooling and automation, including integration patterns, workflow orchestration, and observability; own agent-related architecture when needed.
  • •Write production code at least half the time, stand up CI/CD and deployment infrastructure, and graduate prototypes into hardened production systems with “you build it, you run it” ownership.
  • •Design enterprise-grade systems from day one, including multi-tenant isolation, secrets management, audit logging, payload encryption, and human-in-the-loop controls; partner on threat modeling.
  • •Enable builders across the company by coaching power users, defining graduation criteria, and building internal developer experience (templates, SDKs, sandboxes).
  • •Partner across functions to scope painful processes, drive prioritized engineering problems to shipped systems, and collaborate with data analytics peers on pipelines agentic systems depend on.

Salary: USD 195,000 - 265,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems with strong systems design and integration fundamentals.
  • •Built internal tools, automation, and system integrations colleagues depended on in production (not just customer-facing work).
  • •Experience optimizing workloads across deterministic and non-deterministic capabilities and choosing the right architecture for the solution.
  • •Production experience with at least two of: Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, with comfort working across the stack.
  • •Practical experience applying LLMs in workflows with the judgment to recognize when they should not be used.
