Key Responsibilities

  • •Work safely by following all plant safety rules, policies, and procedures
  • •Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment to meet quality standards and production rates
  • •Adjust equipment settings (speeds, pressures, temperatures, etc.) to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
  • •Maintain superior housekeeping and 5S in the work space
  • •Complete quality checks, record production data, and notify line lead/supervisor when product fails standards
