Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide program execution leadership for airborne electrical products, including cost, schedule, and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle.
  • •Enhance electrical engineering capabilities by performing testing, debugging, and resolving issues in complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
  • •Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering disciplines to achieve concurrence and resolve production, testing, and integration issues.
  • •Support development and sustainment activities for airborne electrical products and lead technical direction for investigations and reporting.
  • •Conduct work on 3rd shift (11pm–8am) and apply travel requirements as needed (<10% annually).

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science/Physics/Math (or related STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
  • •Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.
  • •Experience leading technical projects, failure investigations, or issue resolution efforts.
