Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary Pigment administrator, handling user provisioning, RBAC, SSO/SCIM integration, and quarterly access reviews, and manage the model lifecycle from design to deployment and change management.
  • •Configure and maintain Pigment models across FP&A and Supply Chain modules, including driver-based logic, KPI calculations, scenarios, and approval workflows.
  • •Coordinate with the EA/Data team to operate and troubleshoot data pipelines between NetSuite, Databricks/Fivetran, S3, and Pigment, maintaining schema documentation and field mappings.
  • •Run Pigment Change Control Board (CCB) governance for Tier 2/3 changes, including risk tiering, impact assessment, approvals, release notes, and audit trail integrity for SOX readiness.
  • •Act as the escalation point for Pigment issues, translate planning requirements into model enhancements, support UAT, and create training paths, runbooks, and documentation in Confluence.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in finance systems, EPM platforms, or FP&A technology roles, plus 2+ years administering or modeling in Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Planful, or equivalent.
  • •Hands-on Pigment model-building and admin experience (strongly preferred), with Anaplan Model Builder experience considered.
  • •Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, headcount planning, OpEx/CapEx, revenue planning, and 3-statement modeling.
  • •Familiarity with Supply Chain planning concepts including demand forecasting, supply constraints, inventory targets, and S&OP.
  • •Working knowledge of data integration patterns (API, flat file/S3, ETL/iPaaS like Workato) and data warehouse connections (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar).
