Job Summary

Own and administer Oura’s Pigment EPM platform as the techno-functional center of gravity across Finance/FP&A and Supply Chain. Build and evolve FP&A and supply chain planning models, manage driver logic, KPIs, scenarios, and approvals, and coordinate data integrations from NetSuite and the data stack into Pigment. Lead Pigment change governance, support UAT and user enablement, and ensure audit-trail integrity aligned to SOX readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary Pigment administrator, handling user provisioning, RBAC, SSO/SCIM integration, and quarterly access reviews, and manage the model lifecycle from design to deployment and change management.
•Configure and maintain Pigment models across FP&A and Supply Chain modules, including driver-based logic, KPI calculations, scenarios, and approval workflows.
•Coordinate with the EA/Data team to operate and troubleshoot data pipelines between NetSuite, Databricks/Fivetran, S3, and Pigment, maintaining schema documentation and field mappings.
•Run Pigment Change Control Board (CCB) governance for Tier 2/3 changes, including risk tiering, impact assessment, approvals, release notes, and audit trail integrity for SOX readiness.
•Act as the escalation point for Pigment issues, translate planning requirements into model enhancements, support UAT, and create training paths, runbooks, and documentation in Confluence.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in finance systems, EPM platforms, or FP&A technology roles, plus 2+ years administering or modeling in Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Planful, or equivalent.
•Hands-on Pigment model-building and admin experience (strongly preferred), with Anaplan Model Builder experience considered.
•Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, headcount planning, OpEx/CapEx, revenue planning, and 3-statement modeling.
•Familiarity with Supply Chain planning concepts including demand forecasting, supply constraints, inventory targets, and S&OP.
•Working knowledge of data integration patterns (API, flat file/S3, ETL/iPaaS like Workato) and data warehouse connections (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar).
