Key Responsibilities

  • •Advanced Model Research: Lead R&D of high-performance models for FGVC and Hierarchical Classification using supervised and self-supervised learning.
  • •Generative AI & VLM: Spearhead exploration of Vision Language Models and CLIP-based architectures for retrieval and open-set recognition.
  • •Agentic Data Workflows: Architect AI Agentic Workflows to automate data lifecycle, including autonomous data mining and synthetic data generation.
  • •Production-Grade AI: Drive transition from research prototypes to production, guiding distillation/quantization for edge deployment.
  • •Research Leadership: Identify strategic research opportunities and influence team direction through hands-on experimentation rather than people management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Mathematics, or related field.
  • •7+ years of relevant industry experience in Computer Vision and Machine Learning.
  • •Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and deploying AI models into commercial products (0-to-1 lifecycle experience preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a fast-paced R&D environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers such as ViT/Swin; CNNs like EfficientNet/ResNet) and practical experience with MLOps (CI/CD for ML, Experiment Tracking).
