Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end engineering resource planning, workforce allocation, and utilization tracking across multiple projects.
  • •Develop daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
  • •Partner with Engineering leadership to identify staffing gaps, hiring priorities, and resource constraints.
  • •Track project budgets, forecasts, and operational spend; support Finance with workforce cost allocation based on utilization data.
  • •Coordinate contractor and vendor hiring/onboarding and manage procurement documentation such as SOWs and NDAs, while improving operational processes and SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in Operations, PMO, Resource Management, Business Operations, or Technical Operations.
  • •Experience supporting Engineering, Technology, or Professional Services organizations.
  • •Demonstrated experience in workforce/resource/capacity planning and analytics for operational reporting.
  • •Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline.
