Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all aspects of plant maintenance, leading and directing maintenance technicians.
  • •Ensure work orders are assigned correctly, completed on time, and associates’ workload is tracked.
  • •Train maintenance associates on the PM program, work orders, and standard operating procedures.
  • •Maintain and update the Lock Out Tag Out book and ensure GMPs, HACCP, PSM, and safety programs are followed.
  • •Audit and validate departmental procedures as needed; complete required reports and oversee departmental parts/inventory with the Supply Leadperson.

Key Requirements

  • •Industrial maintenance experience; 3+ years as a maintenance technician or closely related role (preferred).
  • •Experience directing, evaluating, and training maintenance technicians preferred.
  • •Food manufacturing experience with union understanding is a plus.
  • •Basic PLC experience required.
  • •Associate’s degree in a related field preferred; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP is a plus.
