Job Summary

Create and maintain core technical documentation for an enterprise resilience management platform, including user guides, administrator manuals, and onboarding materials. Produce clear, user-friendly release notes in partnership with Product Management. Interview SMEs across engineering, product, and security to translate complex features into accessible content. Structure and optimize the customer knowledge base, standardize style and formatting, and use analytics and feedback to continuously improve documentation and reduce support tickets.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft, edit, and update user guides, administrator manuals, and onboarding materials for platform solutions.
•Partner with Product Management to document new features, product updates, and bug fixes via release notes.
•Interview SMEs (software engineers, product managers, and security experts) and translate technical features into accessible content.
•Organize and structure the customer-facing documentation portal for searchability, navigation, and user experience.
•Establish consistent style, tone, and formatting guidelines; monitor analytics and feedback to update resources and reduce support ticket volume.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in B2B enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure.
•Ability to quickly learn complex enterprise software, platform architecture, solution architecture, and security protocols.
•Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, and user-centric design.
•Experience with documentation and authoring tools such as Markdown, Git/GitHub, MadCap Flare, Paligo, Zendesk, or Confluence.
•Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple documentation projects in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
