Job Summary

Support the Mobility team with operational, analytical, and administrative activities. Own mobility operations coordination across land mobility services, track KPIs and performance metrics, maintain schedules and operational documentation, and assist with fleet utilization, transportation planning, and mobility projects. Develop advanced Excel dashboards and reports, analyze operational data, and prepare weekly/monthly and ad-hoc performance reporting. Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and coordinate meetings, correspondence, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Support daily mobility operations and coordination across land mobility services.
•Track operational KPIs, service levels, and performance metrics; maintain mobility records, schedules, and documentation.
•Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and reports; analyze operational data and ensure reporting data accuracy and consistency.
•Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports for management; create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
