Memory Process Integration Director

Lead memory process integration efforts by driving complex process engineering activities across a unit’s product line. Own research, development, and implementation for new products and enhancements, and partner with key customers to resolve high-value technical challenges. Manage alpha engineering programs and oversee alpha and beta product release. Influence strategic planning by integrating R&D processes with both the unit and the Product Business Group business plan, while coordinating vendors and suppliers.
