Key Responsibilities

  • •Present technical training in house and at customer sites for specialized/customized courses, managing classroom/lab activities to meet course objectives.
  • •Maintain and disseminate product technical knowledge; complete certifications and actively certify others; establish new certification requirements.
  • •Create and improve technical documentation and training materials using technical publications and business units to improve documentation efficiencies.
  • •Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for system repairs; ensure safety retrofits are installed and systems support course objectives.
  • •Coach other instructors, help resolve customer satisfaction issues, and manage multiple projects with diverse scope and complexity.

  • •Maintain product technical knowledge sufficient to prepare and present defined product courses and complete relevant safety modules.
  • •Present and practice safety procedures according to established procedures while managing classroom/lab activities.
  • •Use technical documentation and instructional development processes, including course design approval and instructional system design (ISD).
  • •Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to assist with system repairs and ensure system functionality supports course objectives.
  • •Support technical training operations by understanding the training organization, informing customers of additional offerings, and contributing to customer relationship building.
