Job Summary

Lead ERP delivery by planning and coordinating implementation of moderate-sized projects or portfolios, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and risk controls. Own full lifecycle execution (configuration, data migration, testing, go-live support), manage change control, and provide regular status updates to leadership. Partner with IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and vendors to drive successful adoption, data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement across Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) or Oracle E-Business Suite.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and deliver ERP projects by defining timelines, resources, and success criteria aligned with business and IT goals.
•Manage project scope and lead change control processes to maintain alignment across scope, budget, timeline, and system functionality.
•Develop and execute ERP implementation plans including data migration, testing, training, risk management, and go-live support.
•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
•Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery, within-budget outcomes, and proactive risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
•7+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise ERP implementations, focused on Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) or Oracle E-Business Suite.
•Proven experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations, including planning, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support.
•Strong understanding of Oracle modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, Projects, HCM, or Supply Chain.
•Experience managing integrations between Oracle ERP and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
