Launch and grow a newly established (“De Novo”) banking center by prospecting, building relationships, and driving sales across SMB and consumer segments. Key Responsibilities

•Launch and grow a de novo banking center from the ground up through consistent prospecting and establishing the bank’s presence in the market.
•Act as primary business developer by generating leads, pursuing new client relationships, and driving new business in SMB and consumer segments.
•Lead sales activities through proactive calls, networking, and participation in community events to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
•Recruit, coach, and motivate a high-performing team and ensure readiness for all client interactions.
•Ensure rigorous regulatory compliance and operational excellence while managing risks to drive profitability and deliver quality, accurate, and timely customer service.
