Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow standard operating instructions across all operator areas, including flushing procedures for batching and pelleting, and maintain required record keeping.
  • •Operate equipment and tools across areas (including computer, grinders, tools, and forklift).
  • •Prepare and maintain shift activity, production, sampling, bag dump reports, and reconciliations.
  • •Regulate material flow and perform daily feed, bulk, and micro ingredient inventory and replenishment at batching/receiving areas.
  • •Maintain safety and compliance with environmental laws and IPS/EMS policies, including reporting environmental issues and following emergency notification processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.75 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • •Ability to read and understand safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • •Ability to recognize critical areas of the mill control feed/ingredient system.
  • •Must be able to work an average of 50 hour weeks, including night, holiday, and weekends when required.
  • •Basic computer skills desired and ability to read and speak English.
