Key Responsibilities

•Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
•Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for Burberry, delivering luxury service with expertise in product, fashion, and styling.
•Follow the client journey in-store (great initial impression, discover the client, close the sale) to maintain relationships.
•Provide efficient follow-up and deliver after-sales services to clients.
•Support daily store operations and luxury standards, including inventory management, replenishment, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance when required.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record delivering sales and exceeding targets.
•Previous experience in clienteling.
•Strong product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations.
•A strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
•Fluent in the local language; English proficiency is desirable.
