Develop and execute fraud prevention, detection, and mitigation strategies across onboarding, authentication, transactions, and account management. Translate defined risk appetite into actionable operational decisions, optimize false-positive thresholds, and monitor emerging threats. Build analytical frameworks and report on fraud portfolio performance and KPIs, support fraud loss forecasting, and partner with data, engineering, product, fraud operations, and credit risk. Lead and develop a team of fraud strategy analysts.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and continuously optimize fraud strategies across client onboarding, authentication, transactions, and account management in line with risk appetite.
•Actively manage false positive thresholds and monitor emerging fraud threats and attack patterns, updating rules and strategies proactively.
•Own fraud strategy contributions for new product and feature launches, embedding appropriate controls and monitoring from inception through post-launch.
•Build analytical frameworks to measure, monitor, and report on fraud portfolio performance; support quarterly and annual fraud loss forecasting and track KPIs.
•Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Product, Fraud Operations, Credit Risk, and others to deliver fraud initiatives end-to-end; lead and develop fraud strategy analysts.
