Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the full month-end close and consolidation process for the global accounting function, ensuring accurate financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
  • •Oversee corporate accounting functions (opex accruals, prepaids, payroll accounting, intercompany transactions) and build a center of excellence team to support global controllership.
  • •Collaborate with the technical accounting team on new product launches and translate product accounting needs into operational procedures.
  • •Evaluate and optimize existing processes to decrease time to close, including identifying repetitive tasks and building scalable solutions leveraging AI.
  • •Serve as the financial systems DRI for significant ERP and system implementations, ensure audit-ready deliverables, and coordinate with auditors and service providers.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a business-related field, plus at least 4+ years in a leadership role.

  • •Proven strategic leadership with experience driving system automation and special project implementations.
