Job Summary

Maintain and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment and control systems at a beverage processing plant. Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled machinery and related electrical/automation components, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and support PLC changes, ladder logic troubleshooting, HMI systems, and industrial networking. Read technical drawings and electrical schematics, respond to breakdowns and line changeovers, and document work in CMMS while following LOTO, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled manufacturing, filling, packaging, and material handling equipment.
•Diagnose automation/electrical/control system issues across motors, drives, sensors, relays, VFDs, servo motors, and control panels.
•Support PLC program changes, ladder logic troubleshooting, HMI systems, industrial networking, and communications.
•Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve uptime, reliability, MTTR, production efficiency, and OEE.
•Read electrical schematics and technical drawings, respond to emergency breakdowns, support startups/commissioning, and document work in CMMS while following LOTO, safety, and quality standards.

Key Requirements

•Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Automation, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field.
•3+ years of industrial maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, or PLC controls experience in manufacturing.
•Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming, including ladder logic and HMI systems.
•Proficiency troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480V, including VFDs and servo motors, plus industrial networking and process controls.
•Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and ladder logic; CMMS experience required (SAP helpful).
