Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled manufacturing, filling, packaging, and material handling equipment.
  • •Diagnose automation/electrical/control system issues across motors, drives, sensors, relays, VFDs, servo motors, and control panels.
  • •Support PLC program changes, ladder logic troubleshooting, HMI systems, industrial networking, and communications.
  • •Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve uptime, reliability, MTTR, production efficiency, and OEE.
  • •Read electrical schematics and technical drawings, respond to emergency breakdowns, support startups/commissioning, and document work in CMMS while following LOTO, safety, and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Automation, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • •3+ years of industrial maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, or PLC controls experience in manufacturing.
  • •Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming, including ladder logic and HMI systems.
  • •Proficiency troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480V, including VFDs and servo motors, plus industrial networking and process controls.
  • •Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and ladder logic; CMMS experience required (SAP helpful).
