Key Responsibilities

  • •Build infrastructure as code, automated pipelines, and PaaS/SaaS services to enable and support cloud platforms.
  • •Deliver resilient application stacks and provide 24/7 technical support and service level agreement coverage for customers.
  • •Diagnose and resolve complex system and application issues while supporting application monitoring, metrics, incident reviews, and long-term actions.
  • •Perform security assessments, including static/dynamic security and penetration assessment work, and help implement InfoSec changes and license-driven upgrades.
  • •Write and maintain systems/application documentation and advise team members on best practices; coordinate with diverse technical and non-technical teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,300 - 158,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Use orchestration and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Puppet, or Chef to deliver infrastructure as code and automated pipelines.
  • •Have hands-on experience migrating applications from on-premises to public cloud and working in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • •Experience with containerized workloads (Docker and Kubernetes), Linux and Windows server support/troubleshooting, and system/application monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios.
  • •Working knowledge of enterprise RDBMS such as MySQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server, log management tools like Elastic Stack, Graylog, or Splunk, and source control tools such as Git or SVN.
  • •Perform application security testing and assessments using tools such as SonarQube, CheckMarx, AppScan, BurpSuite, OWASP ZAP Proxy, WebInspect, Fortify, Veracode, or Nessus, with understanding of OWASP Top 10/SANS Top 25 for remediation.
