Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide IT assurance services by testing and assessing information systems controls for financial statement audit support.
  • •Identify security and risk management issues and other opportunities for process improvement using current knowledge of IT systems and trends.
  • •Build understanding of assigned client operations, processes, and business objectives, then apply it to assigned engagements.
  • •Maintain professionalism and manage expectations through proactive interaction with client management and timely issue resolution.
  • •Participate in recruiting efforts and other business development activities as appropriate while meeting IT Assurance metrics (e.g., billable hours and CPE).

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
  • •Desire to pursue CPA, CISA, CISSP, CIA, or CISM license/certification.
  • •Some related work experience in public accounting or delivering controls-based services, including IT General Controls (ITGCs) for financial statement audits.
  • •Information security experience or information security training is required.
  • •Strong client service, communication (written and verbal), analytical skills, and project/time management for multiple priorities.
