Key Responsibilities

•Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs customer using different techniques
•Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality
•Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices
•Work on Audio Quality rated labeling projects
•Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into audio-design solutions

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields
•Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders
•Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton)
•Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance
•Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions
