Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain relationships with 3PL partners across the country and share best practices across cities.
  • •Drive rider acquisition and retention by leading the end-to-end rider lifecycle, including onboarding and reboarding.
  • •Use shared data to guide improvements in performance, including creating incentives/penalties for 3rd parties.
  • •Ensure rider safety, wellbeing, and compliance with Talabat rules to increase rider loyalty.
  • •Design and deliver training programs and learning courses, measure effectiveness via surveys/feedback, and run rider engagement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • •Preferably 2+ years of work experience in high growth startups, tech companies, consulting, or IB.
