Job Summary

Own and lead Visa’s strategic relationships with a global portfolio of clients, serving as a trusted advisor to senior banking and payments leaders. Define and execute account strategies to accelerate growth across Consumer Payments, Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS), and Value-Added Services (VAS). Originate and close complex commercial opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Consulting, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Client Services, and translate market and technology trends into actionable growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Own executive-level relationships with assigned global clients and act as a trusted advisor to senior banking and payments leaders.
•Develop and execute strategic account plans to accelerate growth across Consumer Payments, CMS, and VAS against revenue and business objectives.
•Identify and lead opportunities across B2B Payments, Commercial Cards, Treasury, Cash Management, Cross-Border Payments, and Money Movement solutions.
•Lead complex commercial engagements and enterprise-wide deal negotiations across multiple markets and regions.
•Influence and coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Consulting, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Client Services to deliver client outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics (or related) and an MBA from a top University.
•10+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Transaction Banking, Treasury Services, Corporate Banking, Payments, Financial Institutions Coverage, or related sectors.
•Proven success managing strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth within multinational financial institutions.
•Strong understanding of Commercial Banking and Treasury ecosystems, including Transaction Banking, Corporate Payments, Commercial Cards, Cash Management, Working Capital, Liquidity, Trade, and Cross-Border Payments.
•Ability to originate, structure, negotiate, and execute large-scale strategic and commercial agreements, engaging with senior stakeholders across relevant functions.
