Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the subject-matter expert and primary communication line between the customer and Onebrief, maintaining power-user fluency.
  • •Translate product updates into practical workflow impact and deliver ongoing, role-specific training to drive adoption.
  • •Communicate user needs to the product team, excite customers about improvements, and recommend product enhancements based on user observations.
  • •Identify workflow gaps and drive adoption through hands-on configuration, user coaching, and workflow optimization.
  • •Coordinate incident response with customers and product engineering, ensuring planning and workflows remain synchronized across commands.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading operational planning within a military context, preferably at multi-star headquarters.
  • •Exposure to large staff planning through Professional Military Education or service experience.
  • •Familiarity with major military planning exercises and protocols for software deployment on classified networks.
  • •Proven ability to expand business presence at a customer location with emphasis on software or technology solutions.
  • •Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI, and ability to access DoD facilities and installations.
