Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and execute project mobilization plans and study technical scope and project procedures to ensure activities start and progress within agreed timeframes.
  • •Ensure availability of construction aids, equipment, materials, and consumables; conduct forward planning for coordination, timetable adherence, and adequate manpower.
  • •Allocate daily activities to foremen and monitor work progress to meet technical specifications; prepare daily progress and field engineer reports.
  • •Liaise with client counterparts and subcontractors to identify and advise on issues; discuss concerns impacting progress and propose mitigation actions.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies, Policy of Integrity, Code of Conduct, and HSE standards; coordinate as-built mark-ups, compile project field documentation, and support site certificate and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. Engineering.
  • •5 years of experience in offshore construction.
  • •Thorough understanding of offshore operations and knowledge of personnel and equipment.
  • •Good English communication skills and strong report writing skills.
  • •Willingness to work onshore & offshore.
