•Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for connectivity and embedded systems, ensuring a seamless, reliable, and scalable member experience.
•Lead end-to-end ownership of the device-to-app experience, including pairing, data synchronization, embedded logic, and power management.
•Drive technical direction in partnership with engineering leads across firmware, mobile, hardware, and backend, influencing architectural decisions that improve reliability, performance, and scalability.
•Leverage key performance metrics to inform product direction and strategically prioritize opportunities that balance member impact with business goals.
•Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, documentation, and communication that align stakeholders and enable efficient execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience, with deep experience in connected hardware, embedded systems, or platform-level products.
•Strong understanding of Bluetooth/WiFi connectivity, mobile-device communication, and system-level tradeoffs across hardware and software.
•Experience partnering closely with firmware and embedded engineering teams, with the ability to influence technical direction and architectural decisions.
•Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and drive long-term roadmaps from concept through execution.
•Strong analytical and prioritization skills, with experience defining metrics and using data to inform decisions.
