Principal, Business Operations and Strategy

Lead Instructure’s enterprise strategy and execution as a BizOps principal partner to executive leadership. Own the annual strategy and planning cycle, govern OKRs and business reviews, and manage the cross-functional initiative portfolio. Build and evolve the Strategy Scorecard and shared dashboards to quantify progress, while establishing operating rhythm, decision-rights, and governance models. Mentor and scale BizOps talent to drive data-informed, strategy-driven execution.
