Key Responsibilities

  • •Own global P2P and A2R processes, including standards, controls, and governance.
  • •Define finance process architecture and a transformation roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy.
  • •Redesign and optimize finance processes using process mining, analytics, AI, and best practices to improve compliance and efficiency.
  • •Lead finance process design for SAP S/4HANA and other digital initiatives, maximizing ERP capabilities while minimizing customization.
  • •Lead process councils and executive governance forums, driving change management, adoption, and capability development across functions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, supply chain, information systems, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • •12+ years of leadership experience in finance, procurement, global business services, business process management, or transformation.
  • •Experience leading global P2P, A2R, or comparable finance value streams.
  • •Proven success in process standardization, governance, and large-scale ERP transformations, with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Financial Close, consolidation, reporting, and internal controls.
