Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level expertise in Engineering Data Management to support solutions across the product/system life cycle.
  • •Define, set up, institutionalize, and maintain EDM standards, processes, and specialty deliverables.
  • •Build and integrate the EDM process into project delivery, including life-cycle processes balancing cost, schedule, and performance.
  • •Prepare and deliver EDM artifacts (e.g., interactive schedules, resource plans, interactive dashboards, chief engineering/project management reports, SW/HW deliverables, Confluence pages, technical documentation, Earned Value Management KPIs).
  • •Collaborate with Work Package Managers and other stakeholders to define specialty deliverables and supporting life-cycle processes; travel within and outside the country may be required.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years overall working experience in IT / Engineering / Data Management technical domain.
  • •Minimum 1-2 years’ experience supporting project management / PMO activities.
  • •Proven experience in IT/System Engineering technical domain and in Agile project management.
  • •Proven experience with project management tools and processes (e.g., Ms Project, Enterprise Project Management, Ms Excel, Google Suite, Powerpoint, Confluence, Jira).
  • •Fluent English; ideally basic German and French; ability to structure engineering data management deliverables and communicate with stakeholders.
