Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with day-to-day production support for Customer Service business units by reviewing daily error logs and investigating billing and invoice related problems.
  • •Identify, communicate, prioritize, document, and resolve SAP CCS and/or related interface production issues between business, IT, and/or vendors.
  • •Partner with IT development resources and CS teams on solution alternatives, and help establish standards, procedures, and documentation for SAP system enhancements.
  • •Support business analyst activities across the development lifecycle, including requirements definition, functional design, testing, and production implementation.
  • •Create and maintain standard documentation and ensure quality controls, change control, quality assurance procedures, and corrective actions are followed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with 5–7 years, or High School/GED with 8–10 years.
  • •Demonstrated analytical skill and ability to perform investigation and analysis of billing and invoice issues in test and production environments.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to identify, communicate, prioritize, document, and resolve issues.
  • •Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments with strong planning and detailed orientation.
