Key Responsibilities

•Own Paragon's messaging and positioning across all touchpoints, from homepage copy to decks and sales messaging.
•Build a unified messaging framework that serves sales, content, and partnerships with a single source of truth.
•Manage end-to-end product launches, taking ownership of timelines and cross-functional coordination.
•Create and maintain sales enablement assets (decks, one-pagers, battle cards) that reps actually use.
•Develop ICP personas for AI-native builders and enterprise AI adopters, guiding go-to-market strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with time as the first or second PMM, and experience in developer tools, API infrastructure, or related technical areas
•Demonstrated ability to own messaging architecture and lead company/product repositioning or category creation
•Strong writing that earns trust with technical readers; ability to produce concise, high-impact content
•Sales enablement experience including training reps and creating materials that are actually used
•Experience owning product launches from brief to post-launch retro, coordinating product, design, and GTM
