Key Responsibilities

  • •Own core data pipelines end to end, building and operating ELT from product, Salesforce, and third-party systems into Snowflake with dbt and production standards (testing, monitoring, schema versioning).
  • •Provide a governed, trustworthy data foundation for AIDE’s agentic AI tooling and internal AI applications.
  • •Maintain data governance and pipeline health, including Snowflake access controls (RBAC), data quality monitoring, PII-handling and data-access policy, and warehouse cost/performance.
  • •Contribute to platform strategy by weighing in on warehouse architecture and semantic layer/metrics store design with the data and AI engineering team.
  • •Support many cross-department stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance) with scoped, buildable data solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years building and operating production data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, modeling into a cloud data warehouse).
  • •Strong SQL and Python skills, with data modeling experience and hands-on use of dbt.
  • •Apply software engineering practices to data systems (version control, code review, CI/CD, automated testing) and support production cloud pipelines.
  • •Production experience with Snowflake (or a comparable modern cloud data warehouse).
  • •Comfort using orchestration tooling (Airflow or similar) for scheduled data jobs.
