Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution, monitoring, and governance of the Asia Pacific order process aligned to global standards and regional requirements.
  • •Analyze order process performance, quality metrics, customer experience indicators, issues/risks, and recurring trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Customer Care, Sales, Project Execution, Finance, IT, Systems Support, CRM, Digital Tools, Quality, Training) to clarify requirements and drive process improvements.
  • •Contribute to current-state analysis, future-state workflow design, testing, deployment readiness, post-implementation monitoring, and process validation.
  • •Prepare insights, reports, recommendations, and stakeholder updates to support performance management, governance decisions, corrective actions, and continuous improvement; support change communication, training, and adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commercial Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Relevant experience in Customer Care, Order Management/Order Entry, Inside Sales, process improvement, operations, performance management, quality management, or related business support functions.
  • •Working knowledge of order processes, process governance, performance metrics, quality controls, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods.
  • •Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends and risks, and translate insights into practical actions and recommendations.
  • •Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
