Key Responsibilities

  • •Own cost improvement and unit economics, including establishing and tracking should-cost and cost targets against plan.
  • •Analyze KPIs (cost per unit, revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, capex) using complex cost models and decision tools.
  • •Establish cost targets and guide Supply Chain, Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing decisions toward cost vs. performance tradeoffs.
  • •Track, report, and proactively manage profit improvement initiatives across existing and future products.
  • •Evaluate major CapEx and business cases for automation, manufacturing scope, insource vs. outsource, and location decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, or similar.
  • •4+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product management, operations, FP&A, consulting, banking, or entrepreneurship.
  • •2+ years of experience in Excel or programming.
  • •Strong ability to read and interpret income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • •Ability to handle large datasets and build decision-making tools with strong analytical modeling skills.
