Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls and dealership policies while partnering with the Controller and leadership.
  • •Post and reconcile cash, check, and credit card deposits; reconcile bank accounts, floorplan, and manufacturer statements.
  • •Post and reconcile vehicle deals, commissions, and incentives.
  • •Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable; maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting schedules.
  • •Assist with month-end and year-end close; prepare and submit sales tax, payroll tax, and other required reports; support audits and manufacturer financial reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of accounting experience in a dealership business office.
