Key Responsibilities

•Monitor core paid media and growth metrics across global markets, proactively identifying anomalies, trends, and opportunities.
•Conduct structured root-cause analysis on paid ads and growth performance to diagnose issues and determine corrective actions.
•Translate analytical findings into clear, prioritised recommendations for senior leadership and the Paid Ads team.
•Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards to provide a real-time view of paid media efficiency and growth contribution.
•Own the end-to-end execution of key paid ads initiatives, from scoping and planning through delivery and outcome tracking, coordinating cross-functional teams.
