Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and release automated workflows using UiPath, Power Platform and other cloud/AI platforms, including Generative AI and AI agentic automation solutions
  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions
  • •Participate in software requirements reviews, architecture design, and connectivity/interface design
  • •Develop, debug, document, and release automation software while monitoring performance, reliability, and compliance
  • •Stay ahead of industry trends and upskill through certifications and training while working with distributed teams across multiple time zones

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation technologies with hands-on coding and application development; at least 4+ years on UiPath development
  • •Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, Python scripting, Power Automate, SQL, VB scripting, OCR implementation, AI/ML, process mining, and Azure Intelligent Document Processing
  • •Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub or other version control tools
  • •Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and communicate needs and results to management
  • •Solid understanding of software design principles and application architecture and cybersecurity/SOX compliance requirements, with experience building audit-ready automation solutions
