Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate weekly employee and departmental move activities.
  • •Validate space readiness (occupancy requirements, furniture placement, infrastructure needs, and move schedules) before execution.
  • •Support planning and execution of project-related relocations, including office, laboratory, and operational moves.
  • •Coordinate cleanout and turnover of vacated spaces after move completion.
  • •Assist with decommissioning and decontamination, and support chemical/specialized laboratory moves in line with EHS requirements and client procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • •2–5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience coordinating workplace moves, relocations, facilities projects, MAC programs, or workplace services activities.
  • •Strong project coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
