•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming store and following company standards

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.8 - 22.9 hourly

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
•Passion for beauty and beauty trends, with an interest in empowering confidence
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment
•Ability to learn and share product knowledge, including physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
